CLA writes honest, hard hitting article "The 'R' Word"

I was pleasantly surprised in the January CLA Journal to come across The R Word - by far the most honest and hard hitting look at the current economy and it's impact on the industry I've ever seen from the CLA. Pleasant probably isn't the best term as the information was gloomy especially in regards to the real world examples from industry veterans and how they're coping with the current economy. Refreshing is probably a better word for it's honesty.

There was a lot of work and research put into this article. Subjects ranging from the macro economy - how we got here - direct variables affecting the laundry biz - moving forward with pro-activity.
