You get great info from customers with a simple suggestion box. You also get a glut of crap and paper with scribbles, but sometimes the crap is good for a laugh and the scribbles are interesting pictures (if they're drawings). Because we keep our store stunningly clean - we get weekly kudos on that. In any event here are some recent entertaining gems pulled from the magic box:"Can you smoke in here?" (hmm, between the 4 signs that say NO and the 10 tons of gas being pumped in ..... you're kidding right?)
"Keep those video games always on fools!" (sure thing - what's your address? We'll split the electric bill?)
"I love you." (back at ya)
"Get the Dance Revolution Video Game!" (For those that don't know - I didn't - this is the game where people stand on colored squares and dance like a fool waiving their arms and legs. This will be great when a women gets her teeth knocked out with an elbow as she's carrying in her laundry!)
"Get Larger Flat Screen TVS!" (we have 3 very large ones in the store now - what would work for you? Maybe something about the size of the one dangling from the rafters at the new Dallas Cowboy's Stadium?)
"_______ Is the best employee you have because....." (Insert name of employee on last shift)
